What would your body say if it could talk? The same things as your brain?

Are you holding YOURSELF back? Are you making excuses? Are you giving your body what it needs?

If your body could talk to you, what would it say?

“This is your wake up call. I’m feeling horrible and I need your help. This is your reminder to improve my health; TODAY. Please take me for a walk. Please give me a healthy lunch. If you could be so kind as to get 7-8 hours of sleep tonight, I’d really appreciate it. Today, let’s try to drink enough water. Please weigh me today and be honest about the numbers. Could you please treat me with compassion and love like you treat others? Please be accountable and responsible for me, our health, and our wellness. I love you.”

Change IS possible; you just need to choose when to START.

Winter Strength Camp
Winter can be a lot; short days, darkness in the PNW, big feelings, holidays, grief, transition, chronic illness flare-ups due to weather, excitement, perimenopausal/hormonal fluctuations, social engagements galore, caregiving, and trying to remember where you left your actual body in the middle of all of it.

Winter Strength Camp is a 10-week virtual group program starting January 5th, designed for people who want support, structure, and community without the pressure, punishment, or “new year, new you” nonsense. No “New Years Resolutions” here.

This is movement for real humans with real lives and real bodies; messy, brave, tender, and worthy just as they are.
January 5th through March 13th, 2025     5 mornings per week, 6:10am, 7:10am and 10:10am Pacific time
