At the heart of my work is Strength Camp, a supportive, weight-neutral, trauma-informed group training program designed to help you build strength, resilience, and community through movement that honors your whole self. Alongside Strength Camp, I also offer one-on-one Virtual Personal Training and Integrative Wellness Coaching for those seeking a more individualized approach to strength, stress management, and overall well-being. For organizations and teams, I provide Corporate Wellness Coaching, both virtually and on-site. I enjoy creating accessible and inclusive programs that prioritize mental health, belonging, and sustainable well-being in the workplace. I also offer Business Coaching for small business owners, fitness professionals, and fellow like-minded coaches who want grounded, heart-centered guidance in building values-aligned businesses that support both their clients and their own capacity. No matter the format, my work is centered around strength, bravery, and kindness and helping people feel supported, and seen.
Strength Camp (Signature Program)
1:1 Virtual Personal Training
Individualized strength training and movement coaching tailored to your needs, abilities, and energy levels. This may be a great option for those navigating chronic illness, stress, perimenopause, neurodivergence, or simply wanting personalized support. I focus on sustainable, shame-free movement that meets you where you are.
Integrative Wellness Coaching
Whole-person support for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Together, we explore stress management, nervous system support, mindset shifts, and sustainable habits. We’ll do this collaboratively – all through a compassionate, non-judgmental, HAES-aligned lens. We can also integrate Process Oriented Facilitation, Somatic Interventions and Experiences, meditation, and propioceptive movements. This option may be ideal for anyone wanting deeper support.
Corporate Wellness Coaching (Virtual & On-Site)
Inclusive wellness programs for teams and workplaces that value community, belonging, and sustainable well-being. I provide workshops, classes, and trainings that help reduce burnout, support at-desk movement and stretching, support improved ergonomics for those working from home, support mental health, and foster general connection among staff — all customized to your organization’s needs and culture.
Business Coaching for Small Business Owners, Fit Pros & Coaches
Heart-centered guidance for entrepreneurs and fellow business owners who want to build sustainable, values-aligned businesses without hustle culture, burnout, or the regular “stuff” offered by the diet industrial complex/capitalism. Whether you’re a fitness professional, coach, or small business owner, I can help you clarify your message, strengthen your offerings, and grow in a way that feels ethical, grounded, and authentic.
My Approach
No matter which service you choose, my work is rooted in compassion, strength, bravery, and kindness. I create spaces where people (especially neurodivergent folks, queer and trans community members, and people navigating chronic illness) can move, grow, and belong.
Support Calls & Consultations
If you’re not quite sure what you need – that’s ok. Let’s talk and hopefully I can help point you in the right direction, offer resources, or provide support. I offer general 15 minute support calls to anyone in the community who could use a little support, a pep talk, or help finding the right resource/doctor/service provider for them. If you are interested in my offerings but have any questions or want to see if we’d be a good fit to work together, I welcome you to schedule a complimentary consultation. They are 30 minutes long, no movement involved, and a great opportunity to ask any questions I haven’t answered here, get a vibe check, connect, and/or receive support and resources.
